2. ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1 (see g B):
Attach the Rear Stabilizer (pt.7) to the Main Frame (pt.1) with
Domed Nuts (pt. 28), Washers (pt.16) and Bolt (pt.69) and Tighten.
STEP 2 (see g C):
Attach the Front Stabilizer (pt.6) to the Main Frame (pt.1) with
Domed Nuts (pt. 28), Washers (pt. 16) and Bolt(pt. 69) and tighten.
STEP 3 (see g D):
The Pedals (pt. 58, 66) are marked „L” and „R” – Left and Right.
Connect them to their appropriate crank arms(pt.57,65) with the
spanner
Thank you for purchasing the Spinning Bicycle. Before operating this unit, please read this manual carefully to ensure
optimum performance and safety.
STEP 4 (see g E):
Slacken the Adjusting Knob (pt.8) and pull back both knobs and
locate the handlebar post (pt.4) in the housing on the main frame
(pt.1). Align the correct holes at the desired height until the “stop”
mark and then tighten the Adjusting Knob (pt.8).
STEP 5 (see g F):
Attach handlebar (pt.5) to handlebar post (pt.4) with Washers (pt.
16) and Bolt (pt. 15) and tighten.
STEP 6 (see g G):
Attach the Handlebar decorating cove (pt.18) with Screws (pt.20)
and fastened. Attached the console(pt.17) with Screws(pt.72) on
the handle bar(pt.5). Connect the Wires together.
STEP 7 (see g H):
Slacken the knurled section of the Round Knob (pt.8) and pull the
knob back, Slide the Seat Post (pt.2) into the seat post housing on
the main frame (pt.1). Then select and align holes for the desired
height. Release the knob and retighten the knurled Portion.
STEP 8 (see g I):
Fix the Seat (pt.11) to the Seat sliding post (pt.3) as shown. You
will have to loosen the knurled section of the Adjustment Knob
(pt.8) and pull the knob back before sliding the Sliding Seat Post
(pt.3) into the Seat Post (pt.2). and then select and align holes for
the desired distance and tighten the knob.
Note: do not exceed the „MAX” mark
1. IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive
exercise can damage your health. If you do experience any
of these conditions you should consult your doctor before
continuing with your exercise program.
2. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equip-
ment is designed for adult use only.
3. Use the equipment on a solid, at level surface with
a protective cover for our oor or carpet. For safety, the equipment
should have at least 0.5 meter of free space all around it.
4. Before using the equipment, check the nuts and bolts are
securely tightened. Some parts like pedals, etc. It’s easy to
be ware away.
5. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you nd any
defective components whilst assembling or checking the
equipment, orif you hear any unusual noise coming from the
equipment during use, stop. Do not use the equipment until
the problem has been rectied.
6. Wear suitable clothing whilst using the equipment. Avoid
wearing loose clothing which may get caught in the equip-
ment or that may restrict or prevent movement.
7. The equipment has been tested and certied to EN957 under
class H.C. Suitable for domestic, home use
only. Maximum user weight 120 kg.
8. The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
Caution :
The appliance is now completely assembled. However, if you nd
that it is not level on the oor, you can adjust it with shims. Ma-
ke sure all bolts and nuts are securely tightened before you start
training.
