Limitation of liability

caused by intentional or grossly negligent behaviour of Triple A
Import GmbH, a representative or vicarious agent, in accordance
with legal directives. With the exception of injury to life, limb or health,
and breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obliga-
tions), Triple A Import GmbH and/or their retailers are only liable for
damages which can be attributed to intentional or grossly negligent
behaviour. This also applies to indirect damages, in particular lost
profits. Moreover, liability with regard to consumers due to an assumed
guarantee, except in the case of intentional or grossly negligent
behaviour, or where there is an injury to life, limb or health and a
breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations)
is limited to the typical, foreseeable damages on conclusion of the
contract, and also to the level of the average damages typical for
this contract. This also applies to indirect damages, in particular lost

foreseeable damages on conclusion of the contract, and also to

Non-compliance with this manual/ Improper use/Unauthorised
alterations/ Technical modifications/Use of unapproved spare
parts/Use of unapproved accessories
Claims for liability due to the German product liability legislation
remain unaffected.

Vor Inbetriebnahme des Toys müssen diese Sicherheits-
broschüre und der Quick Start Guide vollständig gelesen werden.
Beide Anleitungen sind aufzubewahren, da sie wichtige Informationen
zum sicheren Gebrauch sowie zu technischen und gesetzlichen
Informationspflichten enthalten. Das Toy ist ein Sexspielzeug für
Erwachsene, kein Medizinprodukt und kein Produkt mit medizinischer
oder sonstiger Heilwirkung. Zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung
gehört auch die Beachtung des Quick Start Guide sowie der hier
aufgeführten Warnhinweise. Das Toy ist wiederaufladbar und
ermöglicht eine einfache und kabellose Bedienung. Vor der ersten
Anwendung muss es vollständig aufgeladen werden. Hierfür ver-
wendest Du nur das beiliegende USB-Ladekabel. Der erste Lade-
vorgang kann bis zu acht Stunden dauern. Das Kabel muss mit
beiden magnetischen Kontakten an den dafür vorgesehenen
metallenen Kontaktstellen des Toys andocken. Sollte das Ladekabel
nicht von selbst haften, verbinde es mit dem Stromkreis und warte
einen Moment. Die Magnetwirkung wird dadurch wieder aktiviert
und die Kontakte verbinden sich automatisch.

Lösche das Produkt nicht mit Wasser. Wirf das Produkt nicht ins Feuer.

vom Ladekabel/Stromkreis.
Beschädigungsgefahr durch Magnetfelder!
Magnetfelder können mechanische und elektronische Komponenten
wie z. B. Herzschrittmacher beeinflussen. Verwende das Produkt
nicht direkt über dem Herzschrittmacher. Kontaktiere für weitere
Informationen Deinen behandelnden Arzt. Bringe keine Karten mit
Magnetstreifen (z. B. Kreditkarten) in die Nähe des Produktes,
da diese durch den am Produkt befindlichen Magneten beschädigt
werden können.

Before using the toy, read this safety leaflet and the
Quick Start Guide completely. Keep both the safety leaflet and
the Quick Start Guide, as they contain important information on
safe use of the toy, as well as providing the necessary technical
and legal information. This toy is a sex toy for adults. It is not
a medical device, or a product with medical or other healing
properties. Proper use also includes compliance with the Quick
Start Guide and the warnings listed here. The toy is rechargeable
and enables easy, cable-free operation. It must be fully charged
before being used for the rst time. To charge, please use the
enclosed USB charging cable only. The rst charge can take up
to eight hours. The cable must dock with both magnetic contacts
on the toy’s metal contact points intended for this purpose.
If the charging cable does not adhere to the contact points by
itself, connect it to the electrical supply and wait a moment.
The magnetic effect will thus be reactivated, and the contacts will
connect automatically.
Warning
Risk of injury due to fire/inflammation!
Do not extinguish the product with water. Do not throw the product
into fire.
Risk of injury due to defective batteries!
Improper handling of batteries can cause uncontrolled exothermic
reactions. In such cases, dispose of the entire product immediately
in an appropriate manner.

Keep the toy out of the reach of children.
Risk of injury due to electric shock!
Liquid can cause damage to the electrical supply and endanger
your health. Separate the toy from the charging cable/electrical
supply during cleaning.
Risk of damage due to magnetic fields!
Magnetic fields can influence mechanical and electronic com-
ponents such as pacemakers. Do not use the product directly over
a pacemaker. Contact your doctor for more information. Keep
cards with magnetic stripes (such as credit cards) away from the
product, as they may be damaged by the product’s magnet.
Danger of damage due to changing ambient
temperatures!
Changing ambient temperatures (e.g. after transport) can lead to
condensation. In this case, do not use the toy until it has adapted
to the new ambient temperature.
Safe use in ambient temperature up to 0°C - 50°C.
Risk of damage due to overcharging!
Disconnect the charging cable from the electrical supply after
each charge.
Safe charging in ambient temperature up to 10°C - 45°C.
Information on device disposal and WEEE
This electrical appliance was rst released after August 13,
2005. In accordance with the European WEEE Directive
and national regulations, the electrical appliances and
electronic parts included in this delivery must not be disposed of
via your household waste. At the end of the product life, they must
be disposed of at a municipal collection point in order to ensure
environmentally friendly disposal.
